Analyze and develop supplier markets while maintaining an optimal cost structure.Implement the sourcing strategy for the indirect materials category.Drive cost‑reduction initiatives in collaboration with other departments.Create purchase orders and prepare delivery schedules.Prepare tender documentation and participate in bidding processes.Take part in negotiations with suppliers.Support supplier evaluation processes.Actively contribute to purchasing projects.Report selected key performance indicators (KPIs).Closely cooperate with the Bydgoszcz plant as well as production sites in Germany.Work within a global matrix structure, ensuring effective implementation of agreed changes.Personal Competencies and Working Style
