Junior Stock Control/Merchandiser

JOB TITLE: Trainee Stock Planner / Merchandiser

Job Purpose: To assist in the control of bulk stock levels and forecast customers’ consignment stock and requirements throughout the year. Using history, trends and close communication with the sales team paying attention to budgeted sales.

Monitoring e-commerce sales and stock and identifying slow moving and redundant lines. Working closely with the supply base and members of the team on available capacity and scheduling orders accordingly.

Role responsibilities

Managed Stock Holding (MSH) E-Commerce & Wholesale customers

To analyse stock and sales for customers using system generated reports. Under initial guidance to plan stock forecasts for individual accounts based on turnover and profitability.
