Junior Sous Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sous Chef with enthusiasm and experience to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation, in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Preferred qualities would include a keen eye for attention to detail, highly organized individual, an experience with supervising fellow co-workers as well as following directions well. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. The majority of the job will be during evening services, execution of dinner service or events and the clean up and closure of the kitchen on a daily basis.
