The Role

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join this already incredible team at Mascot Production. This is the perfect opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career and start leading a team. You will be part of the team responsible for making sauces, grilling meat and prepping similar products for a range of our venues.

If you have the following, then this role is for you: 

  • Have 3-4 years’ similar experience in production kitchen or a similar environment. 
  • Can manage your own section and guide junior team members
  • Are organised with an eye for detail and consistency. 
  • Happy to work in a production kitchen environment. 
  • Can do early starts and mainly a weekday roster 
  • This is a physical job that could also requires lifting and moving items around the production kitchen.
