Join our independent Country House Hotel and 2-AA-Rosette restaurant in idyllic East Sussex. As a Junior Sous Chef you will help lead the kitchens, uphold high culinary standards, and contribute to our celebrated reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards.
- Develop and train a team of chefs across different sections.
- Work collaboratively with departmental leadership teams to promote company values.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in Rosette-level establishments.
- Passion for working with the freshest seasonal produce and in-house preparation using local suppliers.
- Proficiency in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety and HACCP.
