JUNIOR SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT OFFICER

1. Ensure adherence to government and local authorities’ laws and regulations related to safety, health, and environment at the workplace, free zone and tenant’s premises.
2. Advise the employer and tenant of free zone on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of persons employed at the workplace, free zone and tenant’s premises.
3. Advise the employer and tenant of free zone on the measures to prevent, abate, control pollution and enhance the environment.
4. Investigate any accident, near‑miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease that has occurred at the workplace, free zone, and tenant’s premises.
5. Prepare investigation reports and recommend remedial measures to prevent reoccurrence.
