Junior Safety Engineer

Job Summary

Report to the Project Safety-in-Charge and provide full assistance to the Project Management Team to ensure that the company complies with the OSH&E Policy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inspection, Monitoring and Surveillance

Key Tasks

i. Monitoring implementation of various safety program and procedures being enforced at site.

ii. Revalidation and ensure compliance of work plan with issued Work Permit/s.

iii. Determine the required minimum Personal Protective Equipment applicable in the project and ensure its proper use at all times.

iv. Inform the line supervision, employees and Subcontractors of existing and potential hazards to OSH&E.

2. Information, Education and Communication

Key Tasks

i. Participate in safety toolbox meetings.

ii. Coordinate instructions cascaded by his immediate superior (Safety In-Charge).
