  Overview 
 Hire Resolve is currently seeking a driven Retail Field Manager to join our client in Gauteng. As the Retail Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of retail sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for retail and the ability to lead and develop sales teams.
 
  Responsibilities 
 Manage and maintain relationships with retail customers at store level
 Promote NG sales to new customers
 Monitor and manage shelf health
 Conduct weekly call cycles
 Travel nationally for store visits in EC, WC, BLOEM, KZN, POLOK, NEL, JHB, PRT
 Influence forward share and market share objectives
 Maintain good customer relationships
 Manage sales volume
