Role Overview We are building a structured, performance-driven recruitment team and are looking for a Junior Recruitment Executive to support delivery operations. This role focuses on candidate pipeline creation, screening quality, and structured submissions within a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and contribute directly to hiring outcomes. This is not a coordination role. This is a delivery support role.
