SUMMARY:
Puno Harvest Builders is a construction company specializing in civil construction. We are looking for an experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate must be available immediately POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Calculate quantities from engineers drawings.
• Measure work in progress on site.
• Assist Senior QS with measuring of completed works for interim monthly valuations.
• Utilize general knowledge of the GCC Contracts.
• Apply computer literacy in EXCEL. • Work closely with Site Managers to ensure ongoing budget control
• Maintain accurate project cost reporting and documentation Requirements
• Diploma : Building or Quantity Surveying Minimum of 3 Years Experience
• Exposure on Civil work construction • General Knowledge of the GCC Contracts with SANS 1200
• Computer Literate in CANDY ...
