Junior Quant Trader

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Junior Quant Trader with a strong focus on HFT and market making systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist the senior traders in designing and developing quant trading strategies including market making algos that can deliver a high Sharpe ratio and returns
• Work closely with the rest of the trading team in the management of risks in a 24x7 market
• Monitor, maintain and optimize the automated trading systems as directed
• Help with maintaining relationships with other teams internally, counterparts and LPs etc
• Provide management with information on trading activity
• Provide market and trading insights to the rest of the trading team

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor degree in any field
• 1-3 years experience in a quantitative trading capacity (banks and funds included)
