SA - Western Cape, MilnertonOur client, based in Milnerton, Cape Town, is seeking a motivated Junior Quality Supervisor with 1–2 years of industry experience to assist with quality inspections, site measurements, and ensuring high standards across waterproofing and construction projects.Minimum requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant qualification in Building Construction, Waterproofing, Civil Construction, Quality Management, or a related field
1–2 years' experience in a quality or site supervision role within the construction or waterproofing industry
Valid driver's licence
Own reliable transport
Good understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods
Computer literate (MS Office)
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
