Job Scope - Junior Purchasing Assistant

• Assist in sourcing products and liaising with suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment orders
• Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods
• Maintain and organize purchasing records and documentation
• Compare prices, quality, and supplier performance
• Coordinate with internal teams on purchasing matters
