Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for an entry-level proposal writer to join our dynamic team of growth professionals as a proposal writer/analyst. This position will be fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities Creates compliant and compelling proposal content by thoroughly analyzing the solicitation requirements and working as part of a team. Assignments include supporting and leading past performance and resume creation with some oversight and coaching. Uses critical thinking skills to iteratively develop content using best practices such as storyboarding. Delivers required artifacts according to the schedule. Collaborates with other proposal team members to integrate win themes, discriminators, and strengths into assigned written sections.
