Holt Engineering are recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is looking to develop within a fast-paced engineering and product development environment.

The successful Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of new product development and bespoke customer projects from concept through to launch, working closely with multiple departments across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of New Product Development (NPD) and bespoke customer projects from initial brief through to completion
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and project documentation
Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Procurement, Planning, Production, and Sales
