Junior PM/BA Years of Experience: 0 - 2 years Location: Bengaluru, GS Office ( 5 days onsite ) Domain: Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities (Mandatory) Key Project Focus: Back-end integration projects, specifically post-execution processes (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure. Key Skills & Responsibilities: Foundational Skills: Team member with general PM / BA / PMO skills, including project/program tracking, risk tracking, and requirements gathering. Administrative & Testing: Can create test plans, perform test execution, and handle administrative project and financial planning and tracking. Stakeholder Basics: Capable of basic stakeholder management and meeting coordination. Experience: PMO / consulting experience within Financial Institutions.
