Zelestra is looking for a Junior Program Director to join our Bogotá office. The mission of this position will be to oversee a portfolio of renewable energy projects in Colombia, focusing on PV + BESS technologies. This role involves driving project execution to optimize outcomes of each Project in alignment with Company goals, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with contracts and company policies.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary representative for the owner, ensuring the successful completion of projects and enhancing company value for shareholders.
Serve as the company's liaison with external stakeholders, including public institutions, local communities, landlords, lenders, and independent engineers. Manage and maintain these relationships effectively.
