RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and optimise chemical processes for the conversion of winery waste into premium natural products. Conduct experiments and trials to improve process efficiency, yield, and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and quality assurance, to achieve project objectives. Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols for chemical processes.
