Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure stable production, high yield, and high-quality products. This role works closely with manufacturing, equipment, and engineering teams to support process improvement and technology deployment.
Develop, optimize, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes
Support process integration, yield improvement, and defect reduction activities
Plan, execute, and analyze DOE and engineering runs
Monitor inline data and identify process issues and root causes
Collaborate with equipment, device, and manufacturing teams for process improvements
Support process transfer, qualification, and production ramp-up activities
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Materials, Chemical, or related fields)
