Junior Pipeline Technical Director

We are currently looking for a Junior Pipeline TD to join our quest.

Description:

Junior Pipeline TD will be reporting to the Pipeline Supervisor and will be involved in the creation and ongoing support of a large high-end animation pipeline and asset/project management system as well as Maya, Houdini and Nuke tools and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production teams, artists, and supervisors to gather information
• Diagnose technical issues and address them directly or elevate them to the pipeline team
• Develop new and support existing tools for all stages in production
• Create, package, and release tools using proprietary technology
• Act as triage and point person for production-related queries to the pipeline department, diagnosing technical issues and escalating them when necessary
• Debug problematic scenes in Maya, Houdini, and Nuke
