Key Responsibilities -

- Manage patient callout workflows, follow-up tracking, and complaint resolution

- Gather structured clinical history from patients to support accurate diagnostic reporting

- Handle report discordance cases across immunoassay, biochemistry, endocrinology, histopathology, hematology, microbiology, specialized serology, and general diagnostics

- Liaise with laboratory departments to ensure reporting accuracy and TAT compliance

- Prepare physician education materials and support B2B client communication
