Junior Personal Injury Lawyer

A growing Ontario law firm is seeking a motivated Junior Associate Lawyer to join its litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer in the early stages of their career who is looking to further develop their expertise in personal injury litigation while receiving direct mentorship from experienced practitioners.

The successful candidate will have approximately 1–2 years of post-call legal experience, ideally gained in plaintiff personal injury, insurance defence, or a related litigation practice. This position offers hands-on involvement in files from inception through resolution and provides significant opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with a broad range of personal injury matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare written legal analyses
• Draft pleadings, motion materials, legal opinions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents
