Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced fragrance professional for the Perfumery Team at Emami. This role will drive end-to-end perfume development across our personal care portfolio (skin care, hair care, deodorants, pain management, home care, feminine hygiene). The candidate should bring strong expertise in fragrance evaluation, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities



Perfume Development: Lead fragrance development for new launches, innovations, and cost-saving projects across all categories (skin care, hair care, deos, fine fragrances, pain management, etc.).


Collaboration: Work closely with formulation, technology transfer, brand, and supplier teams to define fragrance briefs, specifications, and brand objectives....
