Junior Paraplanner

Salary/Rate: To £35,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits

Package

• Your starting salary will be £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and exam progress.
• Bonus, pension, DIS (x4) and support with exams.
• 25 days holiday plus an extra 2‑3 days during Christmas.
• Office based in Leeds; flexible working one day a week.

What you’ll do

• Work with the firm’s two planners advising clients with £1m+.
• Client contact, cashflow modelling and lifestyle financial planning.
• Develop a career as a paraplanner with potential advancement over time.

What you’ll need

• About 12 months paraplanning experience (not essential). Current admin or research roles acceptable.
• Willingness and capacity to learn quickly.
• Ambitious to reach level 4 and beyond, with time, support and encouragement.
