We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Paralegal to support our in-house legal team. The primary focus of this role is drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution under the guidance of attorneys and the Paralegal Team Lead.
In addition to contract management, this role supports core paralegal functions including legal research, maintaining organized legal records and workflows, and administrative coordination. The Junior Paralegal will assist with tracking legal requests, proofreading documents, and supporting day-to-day operations of the legal department.
This position will also contribute to special projects and regulatory compliance efforts, with growing involvement in data privacy and information security initiatives.
