Junior O2C Specialist (German & English)  Porto, Portugal  | On-site 
Start Date:  22 January 2026 
Working Hours  Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 
Weekends off 
Salary & Bonuses  1,300€ gross/month (14 payments)  
Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ (German speakers)  
Paid in 12 monthly instalments  during the first year 
Payment depends on <6% unjustified absenteeism  
Not part of fixed monthly salary
