Job Description
Responsible for guiding and supporting the Director and staff to comply with HR Policies and Procedures, and ensuring that the firm complies with and achieves best practice across all HR areas.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree – Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations
- 3-5 years’ solid experience in a law firm
Key Activities:
- Building relationships and becoming a trusted HR advisor within designated departments
- Provide support and guidance to the Director on recruitment in accordance with the Firm’s recruitment strategy and policy
- Work together with the Director to actively participate in the recruitment of staff and ensure that there is a smooth onboarding process for new joiners, interns and vacation work students to integrate them successfully into the firm
