Qualification : ITI - Mechanical (Fitter)/ Diploma in Mechanical engineering & B. E in Mechanical
Job Description
Expertise in gearbox dismantling, inspection & fitment
Skilled in bearing replacement (small to large rotary equipment)
Strong knowledge of shaft alignment (laser & dial methods)
Ability to perform coupling alignment & correction
Experience in belt, chain drive maintenance
Kiln (support rollers, girth gear, thrust roller)
Raw Mill (rollers, table liner, hydraulic system)
Crusher (hammer, liner, rotor maintenance)
Worked on fans, conveyors, bucket elevators, feeders
Breakdown Handling Capability
Independently identify root cause of breakdown
Quick repair & restoration of equipment
Capable of gearbox failure handling
Bearing seizure, overheating & vibration issue resolution
Ability to work under pressure during shutdown/breakdow...
