Qualification: ITI - Mechanical (Fitter)/ Diploma in Mechanical engineering & B.E in Mechanical

Job Description

• Expertise in gearbox dismantling, inspection & fitment
• Skilled in bearing replacement (small to large rotary equipment)
• Strong knowledge of shaft alignment (laser & dial methods)
• Ability to perform coupling alignment & correction
• Experience in belt, chain drive maintenance
• Kiln (support rollers, girth gear, thrust roller)
• Raw Mill (rollers, table liner, hydraulic system)
• Crusher (hammer, liner, rotor maintenance)
• Worked on fans, conveyors, bucket elevators, feeders

• Independently identify root cause of breakdown
