Junior Manufacturing Operator

Cutting Edge Music Tech – On‑Demand Vinyl Records

We are looking for a Junior Manufacturing Operator to work on our on‑demand vinyl record production line. You will learn to operate machinery, maintain quality, and support our production team on rotating shifts.

Shift Details

• Early Shift : 7 am‑3 pm Monday‑Friday (8 hrs)
• Late Shift : 2 pm‑10 pm Monday‑Friday (8 hrs)
• Night Shift : 9 pm‑6 am Monday‑Thursday, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on training—operate and maintain production equipment.
• Quality assurance—inspect materials, products and adjust operations to meet standards.
• Problem solving—troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimise downtime.
• Process management—follow manufacturing procedures and record production data.
• Team collaboration—support the team to fulfil orders in a timely manner.
