Job Title: Junior Manager, Risk Management

Type of contract: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system data for irregularities or abnormal activity and conduct audits and risk assessments to minimize operational risks.
• Prepare training for employees on risk-related policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with regional HQ and HQ audit teams to ensure alignment.
• Review payments, including evidence of Sales Deductions and Marketing expenses, and identify double payments.
• Develop, execute, and present audit reports in a timely and consistent manner, in accordance with regulatory and Internal Audit standards.
• Apply audit procedures and carry out analysis, investigations, and evaluations to propose improvements to processes or changes to policies, procedures, reports, and conduct ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
