Job Description
You will quickly develop hands-on expertise, with strong support from your mentor:
- Advise members on individual employment law matters (termination, compensation, inspections, disputes, wellbeing, etc.)
- Work on collective labour law topics (collective agreements, social dialogue, elections, etc.)
- Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical advice
- Participate in meetings, working groups and legal discussions
- Deliver trainings and information sessions (with guidance at the start)
From day one, youwillwork on real cases, not just support tasks.
- Master's degree in Law (recent graduate or max. 1 year experience)
- Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of French; English is a plus
