Job Description

                My client, an established Law Firm based in uMhlanga is looking for a new Junior Attorney. The law firm specialises in Legal recoveries. This is an onsite position and own transport is essential.

EE: Open

Minimum Requirements:

Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa

Minimum of 2-5 years post admission experience

Sound knowledge of relevant legislation (Magistrate’s Court Act/High Court; Practise Directives of the Division; NCA; POPIA, etc)

Duties Include:

Handle legal processes & ensure compliance

Manage litigation and trial preparations

Draft and review legal documents

Appear in court and report to clients/directors

Support team supervision & ad hoc tasks

Key Competencies

Excellent drafting; litigation & communication skills
