About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior LATAM CRM Specialist to join our local Marketing team in Mexico. This is a key role within CRM as we continue to expand our global capabilities while strengthening our local market execution in Latin America. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing CRM communication across all our LATAM markets (Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Peru).
Campaign Management:
Develop the local communication calendar in collaboration with each LATAM market lead; execute multi‐channel CRM campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in‐app/in‐web) in Braze for all markets; adapt HQ global campaigns to local needs, languages, and customer behaviors.
