An amazing 12-month contract opportunity has arisen for entry level IT support technician. Please refer for the descriptions below to determine if you are the best fit!

Responsibilities

PC issue troubleshooting (by hotline/remote in) and inquiry
Users mailbox issues troubleshooting
Physically setup and install new PC/laptop/monitor/desk phone for users
Install new PC software/company application/anti-virus for users
Install/replace PC hardware for users (e.g. graphic card, RAM card)
Install additional IT peripherals (e.g. printer/headset/webcam/docking)
Update PC’s operation system/software/anti-virus to latest version
User desk cable re-organization and tidy up
Work with client’s IT team for requested tasks
Mobile device and application basic installation and troubleshooting
