Junior IT Project Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and delivering strategic and regulatory-driven projects within a Fintech and Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) environment.

The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

The Project Manager acts as a key bridge between business, technology, compliance, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, risk management standards, and customer-centric outcomes.



2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership and Delivery

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
