Junior Integration / Middleware Engineer

Role Overview An entry‑level to junior role supporting the development, configuration, and support of API and integration services using  IBM WebSphere DataPower . The role works under senior guidance and focuses on learning enterprise integration, API security, and middleware operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in configuring  IBM DataPower  services (MPGW, WSP, XML Firewall) Support REST and SOAP API integrations Apply basic security configurations (SSL/TLS, certificates, authentication) Develop simple transformations using  GatewayScript, XSLT, or XQuery Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues in non‑production and production environments Work closely with senior engineers and follow established integration standards Required Technical Skills Basic understanding of  IBM DataPower  or API gateways REST and SOAP fundamentals XML / JSON message formats Introductory knowledge of GatewayScript, XSLT, or XQuery Awareness of API security concepts Willingness to learn trou...
