About the role
The Associate Customer Executive is responsible assisting in the delivery of all products and services to customer specifications and meeting the contractual service level agreements (SLA) with the customer. The Associate Customer Executive communicates regularly with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, Sr. Customer Executives and Partner Management, to assist with open requests, open quotes, escalated orders, and on-going projects. This position is an office-based position.

What you'll be doing
Partners with team members to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Computacenter values.

Collaborates with Inside Sales management and team members as well as other cross functional teams on an as needed basis regarding customer projects and orders.
