Junior Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant you will work with project managers and business analysts to deliver implementation projects and facilitate mentoring sessions for customers. An Implementation Consultant also responds to ad hoc customer requests, working directly with the customer to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation. Implementation Consultants must manage multiple tasks simultaneously and document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution in a clear and concise manner. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions specific to customers’ products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling process objectives.
