Qualifications
Proficiency in HR operations, such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
Strong communication, interpersonal, and interpersonal conflict resolution skills
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in HR software or tools is preferred
