This role focuses on providing operational support across various HR tasks, coordinating company merchandise and gifts, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with people, and feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at once, this role could be a great fit for you!

Requirements

Must have:

• An understanding of HR functions in IT company
• A basic knowledge of how an IT company operates
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative mindset and interest in employer branding or corporate culture initiatives
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Slack
