THE ROLE

As our Junior HR Generalist, you play a critical role in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and delivering efficient administrative support. You will assist across key HR processes—from onboarding to reporting—while ensuring high‑quality service and a seamless employee experience.


You will be reporting to the HR Operations / HR leadership, and you will manage:

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative processes

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, employee records)

  • Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data accuracy and completeness

  • Update organizational charts to reflect structural changes

  • Handle employee queries with accuracy and clear communication
