Junior Game Tester

We are bringing on a Junior Game Tester to help assess cosmetic items for an AAA gaming platform. In this role, you will join forces with the production team to review upcoming in-game visuals, applying functional and exploratory testing methods. Responsibilities
Assess cosmetic game content using detailed test cases and spontaneous exploratory testing throughout release cycles
Prepare gaming consoles and mobile devices according to standardized setup procedures
Operate necessary tools to handle daily QA assignments
Log and communicate defects or issues using the JIRA bug tracking system
Carry out updates and upkeep of drivers, SDKs, and firmware aligned with project requirements
Requirements
Strong interest in gaming with practical experience across different games, genres, and devices
Capability to work on-site starting between 9:00 and 9:30 AM (UTC -04)
