**What’s the job?**
As a Junior Front Office Agent, you’ll be the friendly face guests rely on for a smooth, welcoming experience. You’ll assist with transactions, provide local insights, and help create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.
Reports to the Front Desk Manager.
**Your day-to-day**
+ Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
+ Support the Front Office Supervisors and Front Desk team in daily operations.
+ Greet IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.
+ Assist with guest bookings and share opportunities to enhance their stay.
+ Handle cash and credit transactions following established procedures.
+ Support the check-in and check-out process, including ID verification and key handling.
