Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with product-related questions, order concerns, and technical support issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate solutions and personalized assistance.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required – ideal for entry-level candidates!
- Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
