JUNIOR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Our client is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and client-focused Junior Front of House Manager. Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg Salary: R18,000 – R20,000 Essential Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a FOH or hospitality management role Computer literacy Own transport & valid driver's license Strong command of English (verbal and written) Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Service: Ensure guests are greeted courteously and service exceeds expectations Anticipate and resolve customer needs and complaints swiftly Ensure effective and speedy service delivery and queue management Maintain a high profile with guests and staff throughout all FOH areas Operations & Standards: Maintain and enforce FOH service and operational standards Conduct systematic checks of all FOH areas for maintenance requirements Ensure all FOH staff are uniformed and fully prepared for duty Ensure compliance with Health & S...
