Junior financial manager somerset west

A dynamic Internet Solutions provider based in Somerset West is currently in search of a proficient Junior Financial Manager to augment their team. Candidates with a degree in accounting or relevant accreditation are preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience. Essential qualifications include prior experience in the property/rental industry and proficiency with MDA software.

DUTIES: Accounting and related processing Monthly TB review Audit preparation and management Year end audit journal review and processing Vat reconciliation review and approval Assist with accounting/audit queries

Cashflow management: Weekly payments review Daily, monthly cashflow schedules Bond Payments Intergroup funding/payments & cross billing

Liaise with the property management team: Maintenance Budgets

REQUIREMENTS: A Degree in Accounting or similar. Accreditation advantageous. Property / rental industry experience essential.
