• Manage and monitor overdue payments;
• Handle registered bank collections (submission and return files);
• Perform bank and credit cards reconciliations;
• Issue invoices (Notas Fiscal);
• Maintain client relationships and provide customer service;
• Analyze and negotiate discounts;
• Participate in the enrollment and re-enrollment process;
• Record financial transactions in the management system;
• Prepare management reports and performance indicators;
