Junior Financial Accounts Clerk (mfd)

Responsibilities

• Visitor reception and management of the corporate phone line.
• Mail handling and internal distribution.
• Basic banking tasks: delivering documentation to financial institutions and posting bank transactions.
• Documentation support: retrieving documents for old debt resolution and assisting during internal and external audits.
• Report extraction and credit checks.
• Accounts payable support: invoice posting, data validation, and transport cost valuation.
