Program Architecture: Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP) 2026 program is a 6-month program broadly divided into 3 phases:

Induction and Orientation (2 Weeks). Cross-Functional Exposure Training. Work on live implementable projects across functions regardless of your core area of specialization (24 Weeks). Posting as Finance Manager

Compensation : Rs. 16.00 Lakhs CTC (11.80 Lakhs Fixed + 1.80 Lakhs Performance Linked Variable Pay(annual) + 2.00 Lakhs retention bonus + 0.40 lakh medical insurance).

Eligibility Criteria : Qualified CA : 2025/2026

Responsibility and mandate : Scheme Management and offer costing. Costing, Pricing & Margin/Profitability Analysis Work. Proactive approach in ensuring accurate and timely Price Master Maintenance Managing & coordinating Cost audit Taking lead role for change in pricing analysis & correction due to key changes - be it taxes or cost, schemes, offers.
